Product

AI agents for operation workflows.

Each agent reads the documents and data a workflow runs on, applies your rules in code, and hands anything it is not sure about to a person. Accuracy is measured and reported every month.

Architecture

Models read. Code applies the rules. People handle the exceptions.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Documents, forms, emails and scanned files arrive from the systems you already run, by API call or webhook.

    Control point: Your integrations

  2. 02

    Extract

The model reads each document and returns the fields the workflow needs, with a confidence for each one.

    Control point: Field confidence

  3. 03

    Validate

Your business rules run as code that returns pass or fail. The same input always gives the same result.

    Control point: Deterministic rules

  4. 04

    Score

The agent scores its confidence in the result as a whole and compares it with a threshold your team sets.

    Control point: Threshold you set

  5. 05

    Route

Above the threshold, the result moves to the next step in your system. Below it, the work goes to a person with the reason attached.

    Control point: Human escalation

Platform

What every agent ships with.

  • 01

    Ingestion

CRM, ERP, documents, forms, emails and scanned files, returned as structured data.

  • 02

    Deterministic rules

Business logic is written as code, not left to the model.

  • 03

    Human escalation

Work below the confidence threshold goes to a person with the reason attached. The agent does not guess.

  • 04

    Observability

A live dashboard with the escalation queue, the accuracy score, and the reasoning behind every decision.

  • 05

    Integration

Connects over open standards rather than brittle scripts. Work starts when a webhook or API call arrives.

  • 06

    Access and audit

Role-based access control, with a full audit trail.

What an agent does

One invoice, start to finish.

An invoice matching agent, step by step. The model reads the document. Code applies the rules. A person sees anything the agent is not sure about.

Illustrative example. Not customer data.

  1. Reads the document

An invoice arrives as a PDF attached to an email. The agent reads every page, including scanned ones.

  2. Extracts the fields

It pulls out the fields the matching rules need, and records how confident it is in each one.

    FieldValueConfidence
    VendorExample Supplies Pvt Ltd0.99
    Invoice numberINV-20410.99
    Purchase orderPO-77160.98
    Taxable value₹1,00,0000.99
    GST at 18%₹18,0000.98
    Invoice total₹1,18,0000.99
  3. Applies the rules in code

Each rule is ordinary code that returns pass or fail. The same input always gives the same result.

    • Purchase order PO-7716 exists and is open.Pass
    • Invoice total matches the purchase order amount.Pass
    • Quantities match the goods receipt.Pass
    • Invoice number INV-2041 has not been paid before.Pass
  4. Scores its confidence

The agent scores how confident it is in the result as a whole, and compares that score with a threshold your team sets. In this example the threshold is 0.95.

  5. Approves or escalates

    Auto-approvedINV-2041

Every rule passed and the score is 0.97, above the 0.95 threshold. The invoice moves to the next step in the accounts payable system, with the extracted fields and rule results attached.

    Escalated to a personINV-2058

A scanned copy with a smudged purchase order number. That field was read with confidence 0.62, and the score is 0.71, below the threshold. The agent does not guess. The invoice goes to the escalation queue with the reason and the scanned page attached.

Security and governance

Runs inside your environment, under your controls.

You decide where the agent runs, which model it uses, where data is stored, and what ships to production.
